Yes it's possible and we've done it, mergine multiple (3 or 4) domains into one.
At a really high level, you need to accomplish the following:
1) Cross certify your domains
1b)ensure that users can access servers in both domains
2) Set up connection documents from/to servers in all domains, ensure that mail is routed and replication is taking place.
3) Set up AdminP to work across domains - this is necessary for moves & recertifications, especally as you recertify users into the new domain
4) As you prepare for the next step, you'll copy 'everything' from the 'old' domain's address book into the 'new' domain's address book, users, server documents, connection documents, etc. You'll merge internet domains into the Global Domain document of the 'new' domain.
This is a good place to set up a test server in the old domain - and migrate it first..
Once everything is working as you'd like it to (still separate domains), you'll want to down the servers in the old domain, and replace the names.nsf, admin4.nsf, and some other key databases with replicas from the old domain.
At this point you'll still be separate domains, but you'll be sharing one NAB.
From here, you can recertify users from the 'old' domain into the new.
Just a note - there is technically no reason to rush most of these steps, for various reasons it took us close to a year to receritify our users into the new domain, and we still have servers from old domain(s) in place and everything runs beautifully.
